The drivers are always a few minutes early which is fantastic for my anxiety about being in time. They send you a picture of the license plate, the make and model of the car, along with the drivers name and phone number the day before your scheduled ride. The cars are always spotless and never smell of cigarettes (there is nothing worse than a stinky car). The drivers have all been extremely kind and very safe drivers. I would never call anyone else to drive us. Miguel is the dependable and so easy to work with. I highly recommend this car service!

My wife and I have now used Official Ride many times to travel between our home on Long Island and JFK and LaGuardia airports. The regional manager (Miguel) has every time provided timely pick up and drop off for us, and the costs are entirely fair. His drivers can always be communicated with (text or phone), so their pick up arrivals are consistently precise. Even with several flight time changes I recently endured, I was able to communicate with Miguel or the driver. Unlike with other car services I’ve used, and considering the easy communication with Miguel and/or the drivers, we have become 100% confident that our pickups at the airports will always be perfect. We will remain customers!

Using Official Ride’s VIP Meet & Greet service was the best decision for my travel. The hassle-free experience at LaGuardia Airport, from being greeted at the gate to being escorted to a stunning vehicle, was exceptional. It made my travel experience not only efficient but also very pleasant.

I recently used Official Ride for an airport transfer to JFK, and I was blown away by the service. The chauffeur was not only punctual but also incredibly courteous and professional. The vehicle was immaculate and very comfortable. It was the perfect start to my trip, and I’ll definitely be using their services again!
