Cancellations:
To avoid being charged, please cancel your reservation:
24 hours before the pickup time to get a full refund.
3 hours before the pickup time, a 100% charge will be applied to your credit card on file.
A NO-SHOW will result in a 100% charge to the customer’s credit card on file.
Flight Change:
If you need to modify your flight schedule, please notify us at least 3 hours before your scheduled pickup time to avoid waiting charges from our dispatch office.
Baggage:
When you reach your destination, please ensure that you collect all your luggage from the vehicle. In the unfortunate event of any lost baggage due to the airline, it
will be your responsibility to handle the situation. Please note that any waiting time resulting from dealing with lost luggage will be subject to additional charges.
Domestic Flights Grace Time:
Upon arrival, there is a 45-minute grace period. After that time, a waiting fee of $1.00 per minute will be charged.
International Flights Grace Time: The grace period is now extended to 75 minutes. After this, the waiting time will be charged $1.00 per minute.
Non-Airport Pickups:
After a 15-minute grace period, a waiting charge of $1 per minute will be applied for non-airport pickups.
Peak Hour/Midnight Surcharge:
During rush hours (7 am-9:30 am & 2:30 pm-8 pm), a fee of $25 will be applied on weekdays. A midnight surcharge fee will be applied from 10 pm to 5 am on all days.
We do not provide car seats or booster seats. Customers may bring their own, but a storage fee of $35 per item per customer’s request will be charged.
HOLIDAY SURCHARGE FEE:
An additional charge of $35 will be added to the total cost for all major holidays including Memorial Day Weekend (Friday Saturday & Sunday), Labor Day Friday, Saturday & Sunday), 4th of July, Easter Sunday, and Thanksgiving week (Wednesday through black Friday.
A surcharge of $50 will be applied from Christmas Season December 20 through New Year January 2nd. These fees could also be applied during major sports events and festivities based on demand.
A mandatory gratuity of 20% will be added to the total bill. Customers may choose to add more at their discretion.
Clean UP Fee:
If a passenger spills a drink or vomits in the car, a $250.00 clean-up fee will be charged to cover the cost of cleaning
